Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC: Transaction in Own Shares

Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC has announced the repurchase of 13,207 of its 'A' ordinary shares, each valued at 40p. This transaction is part of the share buyback programme that was initiated on 22 March 2024.

The shares were bought on 29 July 2024 through Numis Securities Limited. The highest price paid per share was 744.00 GBp, while the lowest was 738.00 GBp, resulting in an average price of 742.3666 GBp per share.

The Company plans to hold the repurchased shares in Treasury. Following this transaction, the total number of listed voting rights in the Company is 36,233,200 out of a listed issued share capital of 40,682,339 'A' ordinary shares, with 4,449,139 shares held in Treasury.
