Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC: Transaction in Own Shares
On June 17, 2024, Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC announced the purchase of its own 'A' ordinary shares. This transaction is part of the company's share buyback programme initiated on March 22, 2024.
Fuller’s bought 10,000 shares at a volume-weighted average price of 712.9550 pence. The highest price paid per share was 718.00 pence, while the lowest was 708.00 pence.
Following this transaction, the total listed issued share capital of Fuller’s comprises 40,682,339 'A' ordinary shares. Of these, 4,113,917 shares are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of listed voting rights is 36,568,422.
