Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC has announced a share buyback. On July 1, 2024, the company purchased 20,000 of its ‘A’ ordinary shares at an average price of 699.9978 pence per share. The highest price paid per share was 700.00 pence, and the lowest was 698.00 pence.
The repurchased shares will be held in Treasury. After this transaction, the total issued capital consists of 40,682,339 ‘A’ ordinary shares, with 4,300,384 shares held in Treasury. Thus, the listed voting rights in the company total 36,381,955.
This share buyback is part of a programme announced on 22 March 2024. The shares were acquired through Numis Securities Limited on the London Stock Exchange.
