Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC has announced the purchase of 10,000 ‘A’ ordinary shares at 40p each. The shares were acquired on the London Stock Exchange through Numis Securities Limited as part of its share buyback programme initiated on August 23, 2024.
The highest and lowest price paid per share was 748.00 GBp, resulting in an average price of 748.00 GBp per share.
The company plans to hold the repurchased shares in Treasury. Following this transaction, Fuller’s listed issued share capital consists of 40,082,339 ‘A’ ordinary shares, with 4,103,545 held in Treasury. The total number of listed voting rights is now 35,978,794. This figure is essential for shareholders to determine their disclosure obligations under the FCA's rules.
