Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC: Transaction in Own Shares
Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC ("Fuller’s") has repurchased 50,000 of its 'A' ordinary shares of 40p each on the London Stock Exchange. This buyback is part of its programme announced on 22 March 2024.
The shares were purchased on 20 June 2024 at an average price of 700.40 pence per share. The highest price paid per share was 702.00 pence, and the lowest was 700.00 pence. Fuller’s will hold the repurchased shares in Treasury.
Post-purchase, the company’s listed issued share capital comprises 40,682,339 'A' ordinary shares. 4,193,917 of these are held in Treasury, leaving 36,488,422 listed voting rights. This figure is relevant for shareholders under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
