Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC: Transaction in Own Shares
Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC (“Fuller’s”) announced the purchase of its own 'A' ordinary shares. The transaction aligns with the share buyback programme initiated on March 22, 2024.
On July 26, 2024, Fuller’s repurchased 626 'A' ordinary shares at prices ranging between 730.00 GBp and 734.00 GBp. The average price paid per share was 731.4058 GBp. The acquired shares will be held in Treasury.
Post-purchase, Fuller’s issued share capital totals 40,682,339 'A' ordinary shares. Out of this, 4,435,932 shares are stored in Treasury. Consequently, the voting rights in the Company amount to 36,246,407 shares. Shareholders should use this figure to determine notification requirements under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
