Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC has announced the purchase of 13,330 of its ‘A’ ordinary shares at an average price of 731.3024 GBp per share. This purchase is part of the company's share buyback programme initiated on 22 March 2024.
On 14 August 2024, the company's highest and lowest prices paid per share were 732.00 GBp and 730.00 GBp, respectively. The acquired shares will be held in Treasury.
Following this transaction, Fuller’s total issued share capital includes 40,682,339 ‘A’ ordinary shares, with 4,555,557 shares held in Treasury, resulting in 36,126,782 listed voting rights. Shareholders can use this figure for determining notification requirements under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
