Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC: Transaction in Own Shares
Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC ("Fuller's") announces the purchase of 5,000 'A' ordinary shares of 40p each on the London Stock Exchange. The transaction, conducted through Numis Securities Limited, is part of the company's share buyback programme initiated on 22 March 2024.
The shares were acquired on 12 June 2024 at a consistent price of 720.00 GBp per share. The repurchased shares will be held in Treasury.
Post-purchase, Fuller’s issued share capital totals 41,182,339 'A' ordinary shares, with 4,588,917 shares held in Treasury. The number of listed voting rights stands at 36,593,422.
Shareholders can use this figure to determine the requirement to notify changes in their holdings under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
