Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC: Transaction in Own Shares
Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC ("the Company" or "Fuller's") has announced the purchase of 10,694 of its 'A' ordinary shares of 40p each. The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange as part of the company's share buyback programme initiated on 22 March 2024.
The highest price paid per share was 728.00 GBp, while the lowest was 724.00 GBp. The average price paid per share was 727.7404 GBp. The repurchased shares will be held in treasury.
Following this purchase, the Company's listed issued share capital consists of 40,682,339 'A' ordinary shares. Of these, 4,435,306 shares are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of listed voting rights is 36,247,033.
This number of voting rights may be used by shareholders to determine their notification requirements under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
