Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC: Transaction in Own Shares

Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC ("the Company" or "Fuller's") announced the purchase of 2,211 of its ‘A' ordinary shares of 40p each on the London Stock Exchange. This transaction is part of the share buyback program announced on 22 March 2024.

The shares were acquired on 21 June 2024 at an average price of 688.2424 GBp per share. The highest price paid was 696.00 GBp, and the lowest was 688.00 GBp. The Company intends to hold the repurchased shares in Treasury.

Post-purchase, Fuller’s listed issued share capital totals 40,682,339 ‘A’ ordinary shares, with 4,196,128 held in Treasury. Thus, the total number of listed voting rights is 36,486,211. This figure is critical for shareholders to determine their notification requirements under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
