Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC: Share Buyback Activity

Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC has announced the repurchase of 12,443 ‘A' ordinary shares of 40p each on the London Stock Exchange. The shares were bought through Numis Securities Limited, as part of the share buyback programme launched on 22 March 2024.

On 23 July 2024, the company paid a highest price of 720.00 pence and a lowest price of 718.00 pence per share, resulting in an average price of 719.6073 pence per share. The repurchased shares will be held in Treasury.

Following this transaction, the company's issued share capital consists of 40,682,339 ‘A’ ordinary shares, with 4,423,399 shares held in Treasury.
