Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC Reports Share Buyback Operation

Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC, commonly known as Fuller's, announced the acquisition of 10,000 of its 'A' ordinary shares at a price of 610 GBp per share. This transaction occurred on the London Stock Exchange on April 26, 2024, and was executed by Numis Securities Limited. This buyback is part of a program initially revealed on March 22, 2024, aimed at reducing the number of shares in circulation.

Following this latest transaction, Fuller's total issued share capital now stands at 41,182,339 'A' ordinary shares of 40p each, with 4,356,149 of these shares held in treasury. Consequently, the total number of voting rights in the company has adjusted to 36,826,190. This figure is vital for shareholders for the purpose of notifying changes in share ownership as per the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the UK's Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
