Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC Executes Share Buyback
Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC, commonly known as Fuller's, has announced the repurchase of 20,000 'A' ordinary shares as part of its ongoing share buyback programme. This transaction was carried out on 16th October 2024 on the London Stock Exchange through Numis Securities Limited.
The shares were bought at prices ranging from 744.00 GBp to 751.00 GBp, with an average price of 747.50 GBp per share. The acquired shares will be held in treasury. As a result, the total listed issued share capital of Fuller’s now consists of 39,682,339 'A' ordinary shares, with 4,004,649 held in treasury. This leaves a total of 35,677,690 listed voting rights.
Shareholders are advised to use this figure when calculating disclosure requirements under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
