Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC Completes Share Buyback Transaction

On May 14, 2024, Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC announced the completion of a share buyback transaction, purchasing 20,000 ‘A’ ordinary shares at a uniform price of 634.00 GBp per share. This transaction was conducted on the London Stock Exchange with the involvement of Numis Securities Limited.

The shares purchased will be held in treasury, following the company’s strategy, as part of an announced share buyback programme initiated on March 22, 2024. Post-transaction, Fuller's listed issued share capital totals 41,182,339 ‘A’ ordinary shares, with 4,502,610 of these held in treasury. This affects the total number of listed voting rights which now stands at 36,679,729, relevant for shareholder notifications under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
