Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC Buys Back Own Shares
Fuller, Smith & Turner P.L.C. ("Fuller’s" or "the Company") has repurchased 10,000 of its ‘A' ordinary shares of 40p each on the London Stock Exchange. This transaction follows the share buyback programme announced on March 22, 2024.
The highest price paid per share was 700.00 GBp, the lowest was 694.00 GBp, and the average price was 697.0000 GBp. The repurchased shares will be held in Treasury.
Post-purchase, Fuller's listed issued share capital consists of 40,682,339 'A' ordinary shares. Of this, 4,143,917 shares are held in treasury, leaving 36,538,422 listed voting rights for disclosure purposes as per the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
