Fuller, Smith & Turner P.L.C. (Fuller’s) has executed a purchase of 20,000 of its ‘A' ordinary shares at 40p each, through Numis Securities Limited. This action is part of a share buyback programme initiated on 22 March 2024.
On 31 July 2024, the highest price paid per share was 746.00 GBp, the lowest was 742.00 GBp, and the average was 744.00 GBp. The repurchased shares are to be held in Treasury.
Post-purchase, Fuller’s listed share capital includes 40,682,339 ‘A’ ordinary shares, with 4,473,941 shares in Treasury. Thus, the total number of listed voting rights stands at 36,208,398. This figure assists shareholders in determining disclosure obligations under FCA rules.
