Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC Announces Share Buyback

Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC (Fuller's) has announced the repurchase of 3,816 of its 'A' ordinary shares of 40p each. These buybacks were conducted on the London Stock Exchange through Numis Securities Limited as part of the share buyback program initiated on 22 March 2024.

The shares were bought on 13 August 2024 at a consistent price of 740.00 GBp. The acquired shares will be held in Treasury. Post-transaction, Fuller’s issued share capital comprises 40,682,339 'A' ordinary shares, with 4,542,227 of these held in Treasury.

The total number of listed voting rights is now 36,140,112. Shareholders are to use this figure for calculating changes in their interests in the company per Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

This transaction complies with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) no 596/2014, as incorporated into UK law by the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018. Details of individual transactions, including prices and volumes, have been provided.
