Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC Acquires Lovely Pubs

Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC (“Fuller’s”), a premium pubs and hotels business, has confirmed the acquisition of Lovely Pubs. This collection comprises seven pubs located in Warwickshire, six of which are freeholds, for a total price of £22.5 million.

The new additions include a pub with 16 boutique bedrooms. These establishments complement Fuller’s existing portfolio in neighboring counties, fitting well with the company’s vision of premium service and high-quality food and beverages.

Lovely Pubs generated an EBITDA of £3.1 million last year. The acquisition, expected to enhance earnings in its first full year, will be funded through existing bank facilities. CBRE served as advisors for the transaction.

CEO Simon Emeny expressed his pleasure at the acquisition, noting that the sites align with Fuller's operational style and geographic footprint. He looks forward to integrating these pubs and their teams into the Fuller’s family.
