Friedrich Vorwerk Reports 56% Revenue Growth in H1 2025

Friedrich Vorwerk Group SE achieved significant growth in the first half of 2025, with revenues reaching €303 million, marking a 56% increase compared to the previous year. The EBITDA margin improved to 18.0%, driven by an increase in EBITDA to €54.5 million, more than doubling last year's figure.

The company's performance is bolstered by successful recruitment efforts and a robust order backlog of €1,105 million as of June 30, 2025. Despite strong growth, the firm reported a rise in net cash to €83.5 million. With a positive outlook, Friedrich Vorwerk has raised its 2025 revenue forecast to €610-650 million, alongside an improved EBITDA margin expectation of 17.5-18.5%.

Order intake for the first half was €220 million, contributing to the total project volume increase to €613 million. The complete financial report is set for release on August 14, 2025.
