Provision of the notice of meeting for the FREY General Meeting

FREY announces that it will hold its Combined General Meeting on June 25, 2025, in Bezannes. This meeting will take place at 10:00 a.m. at FREY's head office. The meeting notice was published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires (BALO) on May 21, 2025. This notice includes the agenda and the draft resolutions proposed by the Board of Directors. The participation and voting procedures are detailed therein.

Shareholders can consult this notice on the group's website, in the section dedicated to the 2025 General Meeting. In addition, the notice of meeting will appear in the BALO on June 6 and in the Matot Braine newspaper.
