Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG appoints Friedrich Conzen as Chairman of the Management Board

The supervisory board of Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG has announced the appointment of Friedrich (Fritz) Conzen as new member and chairman of the management board from March 1, 2024. He succeeds Carsten Lind, who has led the company since 2020 and will leave his position in agreement with the supervisory board on the same day.

Carsten Lind has led the FUTURE@FP project since 2021, aiming to reverse the trend of FP regression and losses and build a digital business. The project's objectives, including doubling digital activity thanks to SaaS solutions, were achieved. Johannes Boot, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, thanked Carsten Lind for his energy and vision, which significantly contributed to the growth of the digital business and the transformation of FP.

Friedrich Conzen, 48, will be responsible for continuing this strategy and contributing to the growth of the digital business, with support from the cash flow of the core postal business globally. Having started his career in consulting, he then managed various medium-sized companies. Conzen expresses his enthusiasm for continuing the transformation and growth of Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG.
