Francotyp-Postalia: Annual General Meeting Elects New Supervisory Board

Berlin, June 25, 2024 – Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG held its Annual General Meeting today in Berlin. This year, 51.4% of the share capital was represented. Dr. Dirk Markus, Paul Owsianowski, and Dr. Martin Schoefer were elected as new members of the Supervisory Board, each securing over 88% of the votes.

Johannes Boot, Klaus Röhrig, and Dr. Alexander Granderath resigned from the Supervisory Board. The Executive Board and Supervisory Board expressed their gratitude for their contributions. The meeting included reports on the past financial year and future plans, followed by a Q&A session with shareholders.

The AGM approved the renewal of authorization to acquire up to 10% of treasury shares and the new remuneration system for the Management Board. The Supervisory Board's actions were approved for 2023, but not those of the Management Board.
