Fox e-mobility AG Signs Preliminary Agreement with Akkodis Germany

Fox e-mobility AG has entered into a preliminary agreement with Akkodis Germany. The collaboration focuses on developing and producing the MIA 2.0’s first prototype. This prototype aims to debut at international trade fairs in 2026, including in Paris, before advancing through testing and approval phases.

A new in-house engineering team launched within the fox e-mobility Group. Headed by Frank Huff, this team features former Akkodis engineers. Frank Huff, previously with Akkodis Germany, brings vast experience in vehicle development. Michael Förster and Serdar Soyal also join, assuming key roles in engineering and design.

This partnership strengthens Fox e-mobility's stance in the automotive industry, leveraging nearly 100 years of combined expertise. As the share subscription period concludes on 1 October 2025, investors will soon have opportunities for new subscriptions.
