Foundever Launches First Offshore CX Hub in Upper Egypt
Foundever® has inaugurated its first offshore customer experience (CX) hub in Luxor, Upper Egypt. The global leader in CX solutions aims to capitalize on Egypt's dynamic growth potential. The opening was marked by the presence of key figures including Egypt's Minister of Communications and IT, Dr. Amr Talaat, and Foundever's leadership team.
The Luxor center begins with 200 seats and plans to employ 400 full-time staff by December 2026. This move is part of Foundever’s broader strategy to create 5,000 new jobs in Egypt over the next three years, leveraging the region's talent pool and supporting community development.
Currently operating in Cairo, Foundever provides services in 14 languages to 15 global clients. The Luxor hub focuses on integrating AI solutions, aiming to deliver efficient, human-centered experiences by enhancing employee capabilities through advanced technology.
