Forward Water Technologies Corp. Announces Share Consolidation Effective Date

Forward Water Technologies Corp. (FWTC) will implement a share consolidation effective for trading on September 27, 2024. This move, announced previously in relation to its business combination with Fraser Mackenzie Accelerator Corp., consolidates every ten pre-Consolidation common shares into one post-Consolidation common share.

The common shares will start trading on a post-Consolidation basis on the TSX Venture Exchange on the effective date. The new CUSIP will be 34988A201 and the new ISIN will be CA34988A2011.

Shareholders with physical certificates will receive instructions from TSX Trust Company on how to exchange their shares. Those with shares held through brokers should contact their intermediaries for further details.
