FORVIA: Total number of voting rights and shares as of August 31, 2024

Faurecia, integrated under the FORVIA brand, announces the total number of voting rights and shares making up its share capital as of August 31, 2024. In accordance with Article L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Autorité des marchés financiers, this information has been filed with Euronext Paris.

The total number of shares amounts to 197,089,340, while the total number of theoretical voting rights reaches 231,472,319. These theoretical voting rights include all shares, even those deprived of voting rights, according to Article 223-11 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority.

Faurecia specifies that its statutes include a clause imposing an obligation to declare the crossing of a threshold in addition to that of the legal thresholds.
