FORVIA HELLA Announces 2024 Preliminary Results and 2025 Forecast

FORVIA HELLA reported a slight increase in currency-adjusted sales by 1.3% to €8.1 billion for fiscal year 2024. However, reported sales remained stable at €8.0 billion. The company's operating income dropped to €446 million, with a margin decline to 5.6%. Net cash flow stood at 2.4% of reported sales.

The Business Group Lighting bolstered sales by 2.8% to €4.0 billion, driven by the consolidation of Beijing Hella BHAP Automotive Lighting. Meanwhile, Electronics and Lifecycle Solutions sectors experienced a sales downturn.

For 2025, FORVIA HELLA anticipates currency-adjusted sales between €7.6 billion and €8.0 billion, with an operating income margin between 5.3% and 6.0%. Net cash flow is expected to exceed €200 million, amid an ongoing challenging industry environment. The full 2024 results will be released on March 13, 2025.
