FORTEC Elektronik AG Reports Preliminary Turnover and Adjusted Earnings Forecast for 2024/2025
FORTEC Elektronik AG released preliminary group turnover figures for the fiscal year 2024/2025, reporting EUR 79.5 million. The company adjusted its earnings forecast, now expecting a group EBIT between EUR 1.0 million and EUR 2.0 million, down from the previous EUR 4.0 million to EUR 6.0 million estimate. These adjustments stem from challenging market conditions and weak investment dynamics in Germany, coupled with tariff debates in the USA affecting business outcomes.
The economic environment has caused customer hesitation and increased costs, negatively impacting profitability. Despite this, FORTEC reached the lower end of the previous turnover forecast. CEO Sandra Maile acknowledged the challenges but indicated that the company is well-prepared to continue positive developments once the market stabilizes.
