FORTEC Elektronik AG Reports First Half 2024/2025 Financial Results

FORTEC Elektronik AG has confirmed its preliminary results for the first half of the 2024/2025 financial year. The company's turnover reached EUR 35.6 million, a decrease from the EUR 47.0 million recorded in the previous year. Several factors contributed to this decline, including cautious investment activities and higher stock levels in key markets like Germany and the USA. Additionally, geopolitical uncertainties have impacted business development.

The company's EBIT dropped to EUR 0.2 million, down from EUR 4.5 million last year, mirroring the fall in turnover. Consolidated net profit also saw a significant reduction, with results at EUR 0.2 million compared to EUR 3.2 million previously, and earnings per share were EUR 0.07, down from EUR 0.99.

On a positive note, the order book grew slightly to EUR 56.1 million as of 31 December 2024. CEO Sandra Maile highlighted ongoing strategic efforts under the Strong Together 2030 initiative aimed at reinforcing long-term market positions.
