Provision of documents for the Forsee Power AGM
On November 24, 2025, Forsee Power announced the availability of documents for the Combined General Meeting scheduled for December 15, 2025. An expert in battery systems for electric vehicles, the company will hold the meeting at its headquarters in Ivry-sur-Seine.
The agenda, the text of the resolutions, and the participation procedures have been published in the Official Gazette (Bulletin des Annonces Légales et Obligatoires) since November 7th. The documents are also available on the Forsee Power website, in the section dedicated to shareholders.
Shareholders have several options: participation by mail, proxy, or physical attendance. They can also ask questions until December 9th by providing proof of their shareholder status.
