Forensic Payroll Consultants, Inc. Launches SaaS White-Label Platform for Payroll Tax ID Registration

WHITTIER, CA / ACCESSWIRE / May 22, 2024 / Forensic Payroll Consultants, Inc., a national provider of forensic payroll service consulting, has launched a white-label option of its SaaS multi-state registration portal for payroll providers.

A state tax ID number, also known as state EIN or state tax registration, is assigned by states to identify businesses for tax administration. The format varies by state, causing significant challenges for payroll providers who remit payroll taxes on behalf of their clients. FPC’s portal aims to address these issues by enabling users to enter company information once and select the states and tax types within those states in a single session.

FPC’s platform includes features such as the ability to message registration analysts, view progress via a personalized dashboard, and see confirmation of ID issuance. According to CEO Andrew Lopez, the platform differentiates by asking relevant questions and providing services around automation, thus reducing errors.

Two white-label options are available: partner branding configuration with FPC fulfilling the registration, and partner subscribership integrating the platform into PSP's CRM systems via API.
