Foncière INEA: Declaration of Transactions on Own Shares

Foncière INEA, a public limited company with capital of 156,003,141.19 euros, has communicated the transactions on own shares carried out on January 24, 2025. These transactions result from the share buyback program approved at the General Meeting of May 22, 2024. This program is detailed in the annual financial report and the Universal Registration Document No. D.24-0232.

The transactions are intended to cover the existing free share allocation plan (AGA) for the year 2025, expiring on April 30, 2025. The transfer of shares to the beneficiaries will be made on this date. The repurchase concerns 2,064 ordinary shares at a unit price of 33.2 euros, on the XPAR market.
