Distribution of ATLAND's Capital and Voting Rights as of January 31, 2026

ATLAND has published the distribution of its share capital and voting rights as of January 31, 2026. The report, carried out under Article 223-16 of the General Regulation of the Financial Markets Authority, details the number of shares and associated voting rights.

ATLAND has a total of 4,460,802 shares. Of these, 1,008,574 are single-voting shares, representing the same number of theoretical voting rights. In addition, 3,318,315 shares have double voting rights, providing a total of 6,636,630 theoretical votes. Finally, 133,913 shares, held as treasury shares, are non-voting.

Thus, the total number of theoretical voting rights amounts to 7,779,117, highlighting the importance of shares with double voting rights in ATLAND's voting structure.
