FOCUS ENTERTAINMENT becomes PULLUP ENTERTAINMENT and announces a reorganization

FOCUS ENTERTAINMENT (FR0012419307 - ALFOC), a company recognized in the publishing of video games, changes its name to PULLUP ENTERTAINMENT on April 1, 2024, accompanied by a new organizational structure. This modification, ratified by shareholders at a General Meeting, aims to support the Group's ambitions. In addition, FOCUS ENTERTAINMENT has split its publishing activity, entrusted to FOCUS ENTERTAINMENT Développement, a fully controlled subsidiary.

From January 2, 2024, Geoffroy Sardin, former executive at Ubisoft Entertainment, takes the position of Deputy General Manager for all commercial activities of the PULLUP ENTERTAINMENT Group. In this context, the company is reorganizing its divisions, consolidating its integrated model to promote synergies. The group is also diversifying its activities with the inclusion of SCRIPTEAM, specialized in the adaptation of video game licenses into series or films.

The composition of the Executive and the Board of Directors has also been strengthened. The meeting approved the appointment of Didier Crespel as independent director. Major game releases are planned for the end of the 2023/2024 financial year and beyond, with anticipated titles like "Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2" and "Metal Slug Tactics."
