Fnac Darty: Suspension of the review period by Consob

Ivry-sur-Seine, France — Fnac Darty SA and RUBY Equity Investment S.à rl have been informed of the suspension of the review period regarding their voluntary public purchase and exchange offer for the shares of Unieuro SpA The National Commission for Companies and the Stock Exchange (Consob) has requested additional information before being able to approve the Offer Document submitted on July 29, 2024.

Consob has suspended the review period until receipt of the required information for a maximum period of 15 days. Fnac Darty and RUBY Equity Investment will inform the market of the reopening of the examination period as soon as it becomes effective.

It is also specified that this offer is exclusively launched in Italy and does not concern the United States, Canada, Japan, Australia or any other country where regulations would make this communication impossible.
