Fnac Darty: Publication of the offer document and the exemption document

Fnac Darty and Ruby Equity Investment have announced the publication of the offer document concerning the voluntary public purchase and exchange offer for the shares of Unieuro SpA not yet held by the offerors. The document is available on the websites of Unieuro and Fnac Darty, as well as at their respective registered offices.

The offer period will begin on September 2, 2024 and end on October 25, 2024. Under the terms of the offer, each Unieuro share tendered will be exchanged for a consideration of 9.00 euros and 0.1 newly issued share of Fnac Darty.

At the same time, Fnac Darty has published an exemption document related to this offer. This document is also available online and does not constitute a prospectus within the meaning of the European regulation relating to issuers.
