FLORENTAISE: Financial results impacted by the end of the Terreaux France business

Florentaise recorded a significant decrease in revenue for the 2025-2026 fiscal year, reaching €37.2 million, a decline of 34.4%. This drop is primarily due to the discontinuation of its Terreaux France consumer business. The fourth quarter generated €12 million in revenue, down 28.1% compared to the previous year.

Although the soil preparation business in France is undergoing repositioning, the international market experienced strong growth of 36.1%, largely due to expansion in China. Rental of Bivis machines increased by 3.3%. Florentaise is awaiting the decision of the Nantes Commercial Court regarding its restructuring plan on August 19, 2026.
