Fleury Michon: Monthly Declaration of Share Repurchase/Sale in August 2024
Fleury Michon has published its monthly share buyback and sale statement for the month of August 2024, in accordance with AMF instruction no. 2017-03. During this period, treasury capital amounts to 208,536 shares, representing 4.75% of the total capital.
The total number of shares purchased in August was 3,852, while 3,939 shares were sold. No shares were transferred or cancelled, and there were no repurchases from persons holding more than 10% of the capital or from management.
Individual buyback and sale transactions were mainly carried out by CIC. The transactions show price fluctuations, with shares purchased at prices ranging from €26.43 to €29.60 and sales ranging from €26.86 to €29.78. The respective transaction amounts correspond to these price fluctuations.
