FLEURY MICHON: Detailed Share Buyback Operations
Fleury Michon recently revealed details of its share buyback transactions between September 29 and October 3, 2025. During this period, the company acquired a total of 526 shares on the Paris Stock Exchange (XPAR). The weighted average purchase price was approximately €24.24 per share.
Transactions were conducted every business day, with volumes ranging from 7 to 213 shares per day. Credit Industriel et Commercial acted as investment services provider for all of these transactions, with the objective of implementing stock options for shareholders.
This buyout strategy aims to support the share-based remuneration policy and strengthen the company's share capital.
