Fleury Michon: Declaration of voting rights as of December 31, 2024

Fleury Michon has published, in accordance with the AMF general regulations and the French Commercial Code, the figures relating to its share capital as of December 31, 2024. At the end of this period, the total number of shares making up the capital amounts to 4,387,757, a figure identical to that of the end of November 2024.

Regarding voting rights, the theoretical total reaches 7,430,379. However, the exercisable voting rights, i.e. deducted from the shares deprived of voting rights, are 7,220,099. These figures illustrate the governance structure in place within the company.
