FlatexDEGIRO AG Faces Legal Challenge Over AGM Resolution

Frankfurt am Main, August 6, 2024 – flatexDEGIRO AG announces that one of its shareholders, GfBk Gesellschaft für Börsenkommunikation mbH, has filed an action for annulment and positive declaratory judgment. This legal action targets the resolution passed during the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on June 4, 2024, regarding the dismissal of a Supervisory Board member, Mr. Martin Korbmacher, under Section 103 of the Stock Corporation Act (AktG).

The case is currently pending before the Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main, specifically the 5th Chamber for Commercial Matters, under file number 3-05 O 70/24. The company emphasizes that this legal challenge does not affect other resolutions from the AGM and will not impact the operational business of flatexDEGIRO AG.

The company intends to defend itself vigorously against the lawsuit and will comply with all regulatory requirements, including publishing a notice in the Federal Gazette as per Section 246 (4) of the Stock Corporation Act (AktG).
