Stefan Müller Takes the Helm of flatexDEGIRO AG's Supervisory Board

flatexDEGIRO AG has announced a significant leadership change within its Supervisory Board. As of March 27, 2025, Martin Korbmacher stepped down from his position as Chairman. Stefan Müller, previously Deputy Chairman, will assume the role until the scheduled Annual General Meeting on June 2, 2025. Müller's experience with the company dates back to his tenure on the Management Board from 2002 to 2015 and his ongoing involvement since 2017.

The CEO of flatexDEGIRO AG, Oliver Behrens, expressed gratitude towards Müller for his willingness to lead the board during this transitional phase. This decision comes as the company continues its strategic initiatives and approaches the election of new Supervisory Board members. Behrens also acknowledged Korbmacher's influential decade-long leadership, instrumental in the company's growth and inclusion in the MDAX.
