FlatexDEGIRO AG Announces New Supervisory Board Chairman and Legal Form Change
FlatexDEGIRO AG has announced that Hans-Hermann Lotter is set to become the new Chairman of its Supervisory Board, succeeding Stefan Müller. This change is part of the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) on June 2, 2025. Lotter brings significant experience in banking and governance. Current Supervisory Board members Bernd Förtsch and Stefan Müller are up for re-election, ensuring continuity.
The AGM will also consider the company's conversion to a European Company (SE), highlighting its pan-European presence across 16 countries. Other new Supervisory Board candidates include Martina Pfeifer and Sarna Röser. If approved, this legal form change will strengthen flatexDEGIRO's position as a leading European online brokerage.
