First Berlin Equity Research Reaffirms BUY Rating for M1 Kliniken AG

First Berlin Equity Research GmbH has released an update on M1 Kliniken AG (ISIN: DE000A0STSQ8), affirming its BUY recommendation and maintaining a price target of €28. The research, led by analyst Ellis Acklin, highlights the strong performance of M1's injectables business, as detailed in their recent Q2 report.

The Q2 results showed that the Beauty segment's sales and EBIT significantly exceeded expectations, while the Trade segment's results closely aligned with forecasts. Additionally, M1's shares surged after management announced interest from six notable private equity firms in either investing in or acquiring the Beauty segment.

Despite market speculation, M1's Beauty business is performing well, surpassing the company's 2024 targets. However, the firm will wait for Q3 KPIs before making any adjustments to its estimates. The BUY rating and price target of €28 remain unchanged.
