Finnvera's New Appointments at Annual General Meeting

On March 26, 2025, Finnvera held its Annual General Meeting, announcing key changes to its Board of Directors and Supervisory Board. Hannu Kemppainen, a Director at Business Finland, was elected as a new board member. The Board will continue under the leadership of Chair Jan Vapaavuori, with Jan Hjelt and Mikko Spolander serving as First and Second Vice Chairs, respectively. Existing board members, including Hannu Jaatinen and Eila Kreivi, will continue their roles.

Several new members have been added to the Supervisory Board, including Henrik Vuornos and Tatu Knuutila. Sofia Vikman will maintain her position as Chair, with Seppo Eskelinen as Vice Chair. Ernst & Young Oy has been selected as the regular auditor. The meeting also approved the financial statements for 2024.
