Fineqia Reports 2025 AGM Results
Fineqia International Inc., a digital asset and investment company, has announced the outcomes of its 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on March 28. The meeting saw participation from proxies representing 1,040,968,864 shares, about 63.06% of all outstanding shares. Shareholders voted in favor of all proposed resolutions, reaffirming trust in the company's strategy.
Three directors were re-elected: Bundeep Singh Rangar, Martin Graham, and Brij Chadda. The appointment of Forbes Andersen LLP as the company's auditor was confirmed. Shareholders also approved the 20% rolling stock option plan. In other matters, significant support was expressed, with 925,734,022 votes in favor.
