Bit Digital takes control of Financière Marjos

On November 28, 2025, Financière Marjos SCA, listed on Euronext Paris, announced the acquisition of its controlling interest by Bit Digital, Inc., based in New York and listed on the Nasdaq. Bit Digital acquired all the shares of Financière Louis David, which held 15.9% of the company's capital, as well as a direct stake of 9.1%, bringing its total ownership to 25%. This transaction includes the appointment of Erke Huang, Bryan Bullett, and Ichi Shih to the Supervisory Board. A strategy focused on Ethereum digital assets is planned. Financière Marjos may be renamed Bit Digital Europe.
