Finalization of the acquisition of Indykpol SA in Poland

LDC, based in Sablé-sur-Sarthe, announces the finalization of the acquisition of Indykpol, market leader for turkey in Poland. This operation follows the conditional agreement signed with ROLMEX SA in November 2023.

Indykpol generated a consolidated turnover of more than 203 million euros in 2023, with 60% of sales in Poland. The company employs nearly a thousand people and has extensive facilities in the north of the country.

This acquisition strengthens the presence of LDC and its subsidiaries of the Drosed group on the Polish poultry market. It also makes it possible to expand the range of products including fresh products, cold meats, and products made from turkey.

The integration of Indykpol into the accounts of LDC's International division will begin on August 1, 2024, the Competition Authority having given the green light at the beginning of July 2024.
