Final Bell Holdings Announces Major Corporate Reorganization to Foster Growth

Final Bell Holdings International Ltd. (FBHI) announced a significant reorganization, following the divestiture of its Canadian operations to BZAM, Ltd. This strategic move has led to the consolidation of its non-plant touching business units under a new subsidiary, Final Bell Innovations (FBI). FBI now includes 14th Round Inc., known for its innovation in hardware and packaging, Final Bell MaaS Inc., the group’s management services division, and Final Bell Brand Co., which manages iconic cannabis brands including dosist® and a recently launched brand ANIMAL™ in North America.

The reorganization aims at exploiting a capital-efficient expansion strategy while reinforcing FBI’s position in the cannabis industry. With new ventures like the partnership in New York with Hepworth Pura, FBI focuses on market growth and improved service delivery. Key executives, including Jordan Gielchinsky, Ariel Wessling, and Austin DeAngelis, shared optimistic views about this strategic alignment, emphasizing enhanced innovation, brand management, and industry leadership.
