FIGEAC AÉRO: Update of voting rights and shares as of October 31, 2025
FIGEAC AÉRO has published an update regarding the total number of voting rights and the number of shares comprising its share capital, in accordance with the French Commercial Code and the AMF Regulation. As of October 31, 2025, the company had 44,317,605 shares. The total number of voting rights was 77,937,696 theoretical and 77,900,256 exercisable.
Among upcoming events, the company will announce its revenue for the second quarter and first half of fiscal year 2025/26 on November 5, 2025. A webcast for individual shareholders is scheduled for November 6, 2025. The half-year results will be published on December 9, 2025.
